Coupled with a career as a municipal manager within Butler County, I've had the opportunity to see firsthand the entire lifecycle of single-family homes, resales, and new construction developments. Having bought and sold a home by way of For Sale by Owner, I quickly realized that earning the opportunity to be a REALTOR(R), not only for my own real estate needs, but, as a career path awakened my entrepreneurial spirit!
