Benjamin Geanetta

I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After 30 years of living in a microwave, my family and I decided we needed a change. We came across Northern Idaho and fell in love with the scenic views, outdoor activities, and most of all the wonderful community. I spent the first part of my career in law enforcement completing 10.5 years with Phoenix Police Department. I decided a career change was needed as I wanted to take advantage of what Northern Idaho had to offer; but most of all I wanted to spend more time with my wife our four kids. Away from work I love to stay busy with outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing, and playing hide-n-seek with my kids. Currently, My wife and I are in the process of starting a hobby farm as we are very interested in producing more of our own food! Yum! As a real estate agent I believe it is essential in having strong communication skills, being prompt/responsive, be an active problem solver, and most importantly understanding the customers needs. I am consistently looking for educational courses to keep up with the technology advancement, changes in laws, and even changes within the industry itself. You will find me to be very passionate, driven, energetic and focused on going above and beyond for the needs of my clients.
