Because we were out-of-state buyers, we really had to rely on Ben's expertise of the area, his knowledge of construction and craftsmanship, his ability to identify good value, and most of all his TRUSTWORTHINESS! Ben is great at interpersonal communications and helped us early on to identify what we should be looking at. On a few occasions, we fell in love with properties with the expectation of offering on them. However when Ben would FaceTime us with the home tour, he would talk us out of our "love affair". Here's a realtor who could've easily agreed with us and collected an easy commission. But Ben is much too honest for that and steered us away from making a potential bad purchase on quite a few occasions. As a result, the three of us found the perfect home and property. I say the three of us, because it truly felt as if Ben was vested in our future happiness with our purchase. I can't recommend Ben enough!! There is a reason why he is the top realtor in the Northern Minnesota area!
