Ben represented me in my purchase of three properties in Sparks, NV. I found him knowledgeable, helpful and extremely quick in responding to my numerous questions and concerns. He followed up with his broker or concerned expert to answer questions outside his direct area of expertise. The transactions went pretty smoothly. As two examples: he drove approx. 125 miles each way to get our signatures on a purchase contract because of the limitations that a toddler put on our driving ability!
