Lyndsi was outstanding at every turn when it came to the sale of my home. Lyndsi went far above and beyond in helping my son and I prepare the home for showing. From helping to clean, cut brush and shrubs to a great deal of needed advice, she was there! It was a situation where I needed to sell the home as quickly as possible and Lyndsi took that into account, suggested a fair market price - which was in the scope of what I was hoping for but higher than I anticipated - and within a weekend she had numerous offers, all above asking!! Lyndsi is an extremely caring and a diligent hard worker. I was impressed daily. She kept in touch and I was never left feeling like I was not well-informed. Some people show up just in time... We were in a spot where we just felt like giving up. Our previous experience with a real estate agent left us feeling like owning a home would be impossible. So many times hearing you will not be able to find ANYTHING on your price range made us feel ready to just give up. But Ben Cote just was the opposite, he was patient, attentive, proactive and just kept motivating us to keep our chins up and saying "I have no rush, we can keep looking". As first time home buyers we were LOST in the home buying process but every single text, email or call he was right there and on it, guiding us thru all the way to the finish line.
