I met Loic and Benedicte while attending an open house that they were hosting. As a buyer interacting with the seller's agent I was intentionally distant initially. However, as Loic and I toured the property it was difficult not to engage with him; he has a warm and welcoming personality and is gifted with a great sense of humor as well. I had an agent at this time but I just wasn't satisfied with the skills and local knowledge of that agent. As such, and because I passed on the home that Benedicte and Loic had first shown to me as seller's agents, I asked them to act as my buyer's agents and I was happy throughout the entire process with that decision. Loic and Benedicte are wonderful humans and very eager to help and advocate for their clients. When you hire them you get a team which automatically brings a higher level of service than any one individual could offer. This is true with day to day interactions in terms of response time, availability to show houses but becomes especially valuable during the subjective process of home valuation and offer amount determination. They both bring a unique perspective and are happy to talk through their individual thoughts on a home's value with you which left me feeling like a panel of experts were advising me on my offer price.
