So I didn't know what to expect. Sadie had painters and floor guys out to do some upgrades to help with value and it looked amazing. The Swanson team helped me with locating a property for my mother. I could not have asked for a better team to support me with this process. When it came time to sell, the tenant did not want to vacate. And the other 1% was answered in a timely manner. They were also proactive in their communication and reached out when something had changed or progressed. The weekly newsletter update was informative and welcome (thanks Marin!). A significant amount of effort was put into keeping the customer in the loop and answering all of my (sometimes inane) questions. My house needed significant maintenance to make it sellable. I did not want to go through the hassle of finding contractors from across the country to, hopefully, go do a good job for the money. This team took the reins and found quotes, presented them for me to choose along with their recommendations, followed up, met the contractors to ensure the work was done correctly, and provided receipts for each and every single penny spent. In addition to all this, the cost was even covered to be taken out of the proceeds from the sale. Unheard of!
