I had the best experience with the Swanson team selling my home. I was very impressed on how simple they made the process go and explained everything because I was a first time seller. So I didn't know what to expect. Sadie had painters and floor guys out to do some upgrades to help with value and it looked amazing. I loved how Ben we call every Wed. to say hey this is where we are in the market , we have showings on theses days and just kept everything upbeat to the Sold sign was out.
