He was kind and knowledgeable, walking us through every step of the process and giving us fantastic advice and understanding along the way. At no point did we ever get nervous during the sale of our home because we knew if Ben was on our side, he would make sure everything was done accordingly and we would not miss anything at all. It was so great working with him because he made everything so easy, he was always a text or call away with a super fast and informed response. It was easy to trust Ben because of his strength of character, his immense knowledge, his attention to detail, his professionalism, and his sincerity to help us. His experience and knowledge provide such a huge advantage to you, whether you are a seller or buyer! When we first were considering selling our property, we met with Ben. He came prepared with a binder full of information to help us better understand the comps in the area, the estimated closing costs, and a list of reviews. Not only that, but he made it very clear that he was always going to look after us, even if we decided not to use his services in the sale of our property. Who does all that work with no strings attached!? We knew within the first 10 minutes of meeting Ben that he was going to be our guy. Ben helped us sell our home - $100k over asking with over 10 offers in the first few days! He made sure the process was smooth and hassle-free. Ben knows the right people to work with to ensure things are easy and he has amazing relationships with them! As we were finishing up the sale of one house, we fell in love with a house 70 miles away. You know who was the first person we told? Ben. Ben is an agent extraordinaire - an absolute rockstar. This was the second time that Ben has assisted us with the purchase and/or sale of a home and each time he has exceeded our high expectations in every facet of the process. I had the sense the entire time that he engages as if it is his home and we are his family. He is exceptionally detail oriented and was in constant communication, every step of the way, even to share when there was no news to share. Considering how emotionally invested one can become in transactions of this nature, it was incredibly reassuring to feel informed and empowered. In fact, we found that we were not as attentive to the detail this last time knowing that Ben was our champion and advocate. From the very start, with the detailed analysis of the market he provides - both the good news and the less than great news - through the offer process, and closing, absolutely every detail was shepherded with finesse. It was obvious that he was much more professional and knowledgeable than the agents of those viewing our home. Oh, and the sale of our home was $25K over asking price, within a matter of days of listing it, ultimately pushing the market higher in our area. As an additional factor in our sale, we moved across the country before the house was listed, and everything was absolutely seamless for us. We are exceptionally grateful for Ben's meticulous customer service and excellent work.

My wife and I were very anxious to find a new property in a location where usually not many properties come onto the market with the floor plan we wanted. We happened upon Ben when we reviewed some sold listings and noticed he was the agent. We tried our luck by calling Ben. Immediately, he was very friendly and appeared very knowledgeable about the market generally and our preferred location. He answered many of our questions, helped us locate an off market listing that met our criteria, and was always very communicative as soon as he had wind of a listing that met our needs. We are now the proud owners of a property that was exactly the plan in the exact community we were hoping to buy.

Ben went above and beyond as our agent! As first-time buyers, we were full of anxiety and dread. If buying a house was anything like buying a car, we knew it was going to be an uphill battle. However, as soon as we met with Ben, our anxiety melted away! Ben was there for every step of the process. He was clear and knowledgeable. I never sold a house before and I was nervous . But I met Ben a number of years earlier and liked his attitude.
