He was kind and knowledgeable, walking us through every step of the process and giving us fantastic advice and understanding along the way. At no point did we ever get nervous during the sale of our home because we knew if Ben was on our side, he would make sure everything was done accordingly and we would not miss anything at all. His experience and knowledge provide such a huge advantage to you, whether you are a seller or buyer! When we first were considering selling our property, we met with Ben. He came prepared with a binder full of information to help us better understand the comps in the area, the estimated closing costs, and a list of reviews. Not only that, but he made it very clear that he was always going to look after us, even if we decided not to use his services in the sale of our property. Who does all that work with no strings attached!? We knew within the first 10 minutes of meeting Ben that he was going to be our guy. Ben is an agent extraordinaire - an absolute rockstar. This was the second time that Ben has assisted us with the purchase and/or sale of a home and each time he has exceeded our high expectations in every facet of the process. I had the sense the entire time that he engages as if it is his home and we are his family.
