What he enjoys most about M3 Realty is working with his family, "every day I get to go to work and hang out with my wife, Jennifer, and my mom. He almost always brings his dog, Lily, to the office to join in on the fun. Even though he loves his job, his absolute favorite way to spend his free time is with his wife, son and dog. Taking walks, trips to the dog park and hanging out while working in the yard, is his favorite way to wind down after a long day. Ben also enjoys exploring craft brews, seeking exciting culinary adventures and traveling to new places.

As first-time home buyers, both me and my wife agree that Ben Mullikin is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent that we have met. He really did make the process of buying our first home stress free and both of us felt that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. During our first meeting he kept an open mind and actively listened to really understand what our wants and needs are, and when the time came to do viewing, he always managed to get us in at our earliest convenience and, perhaps most importantly, never rushed us to put offers on homes that we didnt necessarily fall in love with. When the time to put our first offer did come around, however, Ben carefully walked us through the different contingencies that can be put in place in a manner that was super easy for both me and my wife to understand. What is more, when our offer was accepted, Ben continued supporting us all the way through closing, which involved answering all the silly questions we (as first-time home buyers) had. Ben is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent and then some. He was knowledgeable, confident, open-minded, and affable. Both me and my wife hope that everyone gets to experience exactly how much value a great real estate agent can be when buying (or selling) real estate.
