Mr. Pettygrove is everything you want in a realtor plus more!! He sold my family home about a week or so after it was listed. Although he was not initially familiar with the south side of Chicago, he did his research quickly. He held an open house during a holiday weekend (Labor Day)which was a nice touch that worked! There were a steady stream of potential buyers on both days, I watched from afar. Marshall provides a well balanced presentation of the features and benefits of your property and had good resource material as well.
