Ben worked with us over the past 2 years to find a house that met our expectations. He was finally able to achieve our goals and found a house that we really liked. It was a new house, so there was not much negotiation, but moved it through the process quickly. He provided information quickly and jumped right on getting our old house on the market. Preparation information was also provided and we had a very successful sale of our old house quickly. We appreciated Ben?s ability to provide timely information and schedules to complete the sale and purchase of our houses.
