We recently bought and sold our home with The Gray Team, specifically Ben. He truly understands the market, is very calm during somewhat stressful situations, and had our best interest at heart. He never let us settle for a house he knew we wouldnt be happy with, even when we started to feel discouraged. When the initial deal with the sale of our home unexpectedly fell through, Ben immediately re-listed our home despite it being a holiday weekend. Our house was back under contract very shortly thereafter. He understood and respected our need for frequent communication, which was really important to us. You will not find a realtor who is more dedicated to his clients or hard-working. On the rare occasions Ben was not available to show us a home, one of his colleagues stepped in.
