ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a bear of a time getting our property to go through the bank that we'd originally gotten pre-approved through, they didn't like that there was over 10 acres or that it had a second old house on the property. Ben fought for us with our original bank and when it became obvious that they simply didn't want to do the loan, he found us new financing with another lender and we closed within 2 weeks. I cannot say enough about Ben, he cared, and that is so very rare in today's business climate.
