Belinda was both personable and professional, helping to navigate the specialty process I had for selling my home due to a paid-move through my work. She was knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and yet took the time to answer any questions. She balanced the emotional attachment of a home owner with the knowledge of what was necessary to sell the home at its top potential. She also helped out with an emergency water leak that occurred after we vacated our home, finding a plumber who was able to get access and repair the problem within the same day the issue was discovered, all while I was out of state! I highly recommend her!
