We made our decision to sell and move our home in Eagleview Pa ( after living there for 18 years) and invited our close family friend and realtor Bela Vora to help us with selling our home. Bela spent time explaining to us all the prep work that needs to be done as well as suggestions to setup the different rooms for showing. She setup the Showing app and communication so that it was simple and easy to conduct the showings. Bela has unique abilities to market our property and show it in the best settings so that we easily got quick offers from buyers. Once a buyer made a offer, Bela established all the checks to establish the validity of the prospective buyer and got us into a Sale agreement with sufficient earnest money as deposit and minimal contingencies. All these proved to be extremely useful in the overall process. Bela is excellent at communications, and during the sale process and buyer's mortgage approval, she was always on top of the matter and helping us understand any obstacles/next steps. Bela is very personable and she managed the buyer's agent and mortgage lender efficiently through this elaborate process and in the end, brought the transaction to a confirmed conclusion with a clean flourish. We were completely satisfied and even the buyer was smiling at the end of the closing because it was a deal well done. From the initial consultation to closing, Bela was beyond my expectations in selling my house in the pretty intense and competitive Phoenixville area. She knew the market trends and the area very well, and her strategy/experience made every step of the process a breeze for me. Her personality was also a big plus; she was so nice and fun to work with. The prep work during the Coming Soon stage was most impressive. I believe this was the key to the success of the entire process.
