Marissa is amazing. She helped us sell a few of our vacant land properties and the experience was great. She is very sweet and easy to talk to, but when it came down to negotiations she was fierce and not afraid to take a stand. Becky did exactly what she said she would do when she proposed her recommendation for selling our home. Her marketing approach generated lots of interest from the day the listing went active. As she predicted, we received multiple offers - all over asking price. By the end of a very full week of showing the house, we selected the buyer and were in escrow. We have and will continue to recommend Becky to friends and neighbors looking to sell. The buyer determines the selling price, and we feel like she brought us lots of very interested buyers who didn't want to "miss out" so they came back with better and better offers as they watched the flood of interested buyers all week long.
