Our experience working with Becky Vail was great. She helped us sell a house and buy a house within several weeks of each other. Although everything didn't go as planned (awaiting paperwork due to out of country sellers), she was on top of it every step of the way. We'll never move again from our river oasis, but if we did...we would definitely call Becky.

I honestly dont know what we wouldve done without Becky. She literally spent an entire Saturday house shopping with us. She listened to all of our concerns, and helped us to understand the processes. Becky made sure we were getting the best deal for our house, and that it would be a house that had the potential to be our forever home. Truly, she was a Godsend for us through everything.

Where do I begin? Too much to write about. Too many things to list. We had to buy the home sight unseen. I had many questions, found out later that I was "fibbed to" The water quality is SO BAD that we are still trying to get a new system to work for us. Lots of damage to faucets, drains, tubs sinks from the bad water. I asked her specifically if there was any damage and she said no. There is, lots of it, and it will cost a lot of money to replace plumbing, and tile and bathtub/sinks...We wanted a house in the country w. land where it's quiet and I expressed how important this is to us..She kept telling us that you can BARELY hear the train. Not only do we have train noise but highway noise. She seems to have "other" personal obligations and seems to be too busy to answer our questions, or care about our needs. or to retrieve information for us. She was unable to come to the closing due to an obligation and she didnt get an associate from her realtor office to help us at the end/closing. The buyers left us repairs and didnt clean. She got the buyers agent to do the final walk through w. us. He made many promises that he didnt keep. Both realtors were sweet talkers and fibbed to us. They did NOT follow through w. their obligations and promises... When I voiced our complaints to Becky after the closing she was down right rude and argumentive. She could of suggested other homes to us that didnt have so many issues, but no, she cheated and lied to us instead...She was not a good realtor to us from Start to finish. Poor closure and we do NOT recommend her. IM sorry that I ever picked her to be our buyers agent. Very disappointed.
