I couldn't dream up a better team than Nora and Becky. We contacted them a few months into the pandemic when we first began thinking of moving. I felt completely at ease with them from the very first phone call. We knew immediately we wanted to work with them and went from unsure about moving to excited about the challenge. We looked at over 25 homes in the course of 7 months and didn't feel rushed or pressured. Nora assured us we'd find something and reminded us not to offer if we weren't sure. To me this team possesses the perfect balance of warmth and real estate acumen. During the slow season when we didn't see as many houses we really missed seeing them! The period of time from finding our new home to selling our first home was very fast in this competitive market and they were incredibly supportive during that stressful process. They told us exactly what to do, we did it, and we sold our house well over asking in multiple offers. They are incredibly responsive and have been a quick text away even AFTER we purchased our home. We worked with the Quinby and Webb team this year in the process of buying our first house during the pandemic; it was certainly a different experience than most years but the team really rose to the occasion and it was a pleasant and communicative experience, despite having limited in-person contact. The team was amazing to work with during the incredibly fast paced seller's market that we were competing with, always willing to come to house tours and get us bookings quickly which really helped us secure a good offer on our current house. Nora was impressive with her aptitude for the closing negotiations and technical knowledge of the process, we always felt that they had our best interest in mind. Nora, Becky and Michelle were a powerhouse team. They made the process seamless, stress-free, and fun.
