1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Choose an agent wisely. You want someone who has your best interest at heart. Someone who can walk you through every step of the buying process. Giving you knowledge you need to make a good decision.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Choose an agent who can represent you well, someone, with extensive market knowledge and with a good personalized plan to sell your home. Experience coupled with education beyond minimal requirements.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Clients and customers in every price range. From investors, first time home buyers, sellers moving up and seller's down sizing. Whether it is an estate sale, divorce sale or an exciting time of purchasing a new home Becky will help you every step of the journey.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
A close family friend was a managing broker and saw potential and passion for people in me. She encouraged me to get licensed and she was right. I love being a Realtor. Since 1993 I have helped countless individuals and families make good, real estate decision.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Annually I invest in furthering my education. The state requires six hours of continuing education as a minimum requirement. I invest at least forty hours a year to formal education in my business.
Some of the classes and training include KW University, BOLD, Mega agent camp, Keller Williams international conventions, BOLD leadership, Dave Ramsey's endorsed local provider program and investment properties specialty classes.
