Her knowledge and expertise of the market was accurate and precise. She communicated every detail with us. She met anyone who needed to get into the house - from the cleaning people, to the appraiser, to the handyman. She picked up any permits that were needed. She made arrangements with the title company so that a notary public could bring all the closing papers to my father's location in Illinois to sign.
