Becky and Carey quickly level-set expectations about comparable properties on the market. I had a strong sense as to how the features and location "stacked up" with other homes on the market in the area. - Attention to detail: organization and attention to detail appear to be their middle names. Completing the paperwork and documentation process necessary with the HOA and title company was a breeze because of their experience and existing relationships. - No-nonsense advice: Becky was ready with advice as offers came in.
