Becky goes the extra mile to sell your property. She knows what the house needs to sell it and then markets it like crazy. My house had been listed with another agent and hadn't sold, and after she addressed the updates that needed to be done, she got the appropriate people in to make the fixes. Once the house went back on the market, she held two open houses every weekend, always with a freshly baked pie in the oven. Consequently, I had an offer within three weeks. After the offer and inspection, Becky took care of getting the appropriate professionals in to make the necessary repairs. Becky made our first house buying experience so easy! If we pulled up to a house and didnt like it, we left and moved on to the next one- no problem.
