Becky Borci is a seasoned real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the industry. She began her career in 2000 as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty, where she quickly established herself as a top performer, ranking in the top 1% internationally between 2001 and 2008. In 2002, soon thereafter created her award-winning team which quickly achieved "top 10" status in the state of Florida. Becky was certified in Coldwell Banker's luxury certification program in 2002, which further enhanced her expertise in high-end real estate. She earned her Broker's license in 2007 and went on to establish her own successful brokerage, Becky Borci Realty (BBR), in 2008, and earned several designations, including the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), ePro, In 2017 she sold her company to Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty and managed that existing office. In January 2023, Becky became the Schmidt Family of Companies Florida Western Region Luxury Ambassador, a testament to her expertise and achievements in luxury real estate. Born and schooled in greater Pittsburgh, she lived and worked in Washington, D.C. for 7 years and central Massachusetts for 12 years before settling in Port Charlotte in 1996 with her husband Joe.
