ZillowVERIFIEDPrior to my home purchase in Boise, I had only once before bought a home, 20 years ago, in another state, directly from a developer, so I felt like a first time home buyer, in a crazy market, and felt very vulnerable navigating this process. Thanks to friends who bought from Becka before and highly recommended her, I didn't hesitate to contact her. I felt as if I was her only client. We saw a dozen homes, and some of them twice, over the course of 3 days. Not once did I feel rushed or like I was imposing on her time. She pointed out things I would have never noticed or paid attention to, like how much costlier it is to water your grass with city water vs. irrigation; the fact a home backed up to an empty lot; street noise, how the afternoon sun/heat would affect the home. All in all, Becka is a trusted advisor, is knowledgeable about real estate law and transaction but speaks to you in terms you can understand; she knows the communities, neighborhoods, and points of interest throughout the area. If Becka's still selling homes when I sell or buy next time, I will call her!
