Becca was amazing. We initially were planning a for sale by owner but with Becca's knowledge and guidance we ended up with a better financial outcome. We live across the country and Becca took care of everything for us from finding and managing individuals for small repairs to driving up to the mountain to make sure the fresh painting didn't need any touch ups. If any issue arose along the way she was promptly engaged. She has a great rapport with the other agents which made the process even smoother. We have bought and sold a number of properties and this was by far the best experience we have had with an agent. She is 5 star.

We recently worked with Becca to sell our vacation rental on Mt. Hood. We were happy with the sales price we achieved considering comparable properties recently sold and given our own expectations. Becca was wonderful to work with and did a fantastic job helping us find our dream mountain retreat. She knows the Mount Hood area well, sends out monthly newsletters about events and activities happening in the area so we were quick to get to know our new home, and she connected us to service providers in the area that we continue to work with. Becca immediately understood the home we were looking for, was very involved in all aspects of negotiations and closing, and made every step of the process less stressful.
