My wife and I LOVED every minute working with Bea (and, later added, her very knowledgeable and helpful husband Bryan!). They took us under their wing with nothing more than 3 requests: a great school zone, a ranch floor plan, and our budget. We leaned on her unique expertise in new construction to find, negotiate and monitor our wonderful new build in Springboro. Having two people essentially for the price of one was an unimaginable benefit. In one example, we came to the final walkthrough of our home and Bea and Bryan walked the home looking for defects/issues and allowed us the much easier and less stressful job following the contractor around to understand the ins and outs of the home and its components. Knowing we had 4 eyes combing through the place, and Bea's specific knowledge of YEARS of work for an area home builder, allowed us to relax. She even checked/questioned the spacing of the studs in the wall in the basement! She was ON TOP OF IT! Not for nothing, she also negotiated a free fridge for us and helped us navigate the tricky, costly waters of "add ons" for the home, guiding us to options that both fit our family need and offered the best return for resale. When it came time to list our old home, she got it priced and marketed superbly, to the point that it sold for just a hair under asking in less than two weeks... no easy feat in the relatively dead wintertime market. What's more, we had a unique issue with conflicting move in/out dates, and she negotiated a rental agreement from the people who bought our home, saving us time and effort moving needlessly until our new home was built.Probably the best thing truly however, beyond their professionalism and direction, was just getting to know them personally. We had some hardships in between the purchasing of the land and the finishing of the home; we didn't even know if we'd be eligible for our loan for the house. Bea and Bryan never. ever lost faith and focus on us. They didn't, as some realtors might do, push us to the back burner to wait and see if we'd ultimately be a payoff for them. No, no, no. They stood by us and even helped us explore back up options while being unbelievably encouraging to my wife and I. Now, here we are, about to celebrate our first Christmas in our new home, and our son loves it so much. It's more than we could've ever dreamed of for our budget. And we have a large, warm "thank you" for Bea and Bryan for making it happen!
