He did a search and found several homes that met my criteria and showed me those homes. The very first one that he showed me I absolutely fell in love with, but he pushed me to view the other homes which I agreed to not jump so quickly. After viewing the rest of the homes I decided the first home was exactly what I wanted. We made an offer and after a little negotiating with the sellers Bay was able to put the paperwork together and also lines me up with a mortgage broker for financing.
