1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Be prepared....Buyers need to be pre approved with a lender and have a clear understanding of what price point they are targeting. Utilize a Real Estate professional to assist you in getting the answers to any questions you have regarding the market in your area.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Prepare your home to sell. You need to look at your home through the eyes of a potential buyer. Remove personal pictures and clutter, price your home to sell.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure or working with buyers and sellers including investors, first time home buyers, corporate relocation and individuals looking to downsize(retirement properties).
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I recently assisted a young police officer purchase her first home in a challenging market. Her offer was accepted after competing against multiple offers due to a letter we presented to the sellers describing her contributions to her community. We were not the highest offer received by the sellers.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After owning my own business in Honolulu, Hi. and relocating to Nevada, I obtained my Real Estate license to assist home buyers and sellers. I had bought and sold several properties due to corporate relocation and felt I could provide a quality experience to clients in the real estate industry.
