He assisted us in getting our house prepared for listing. He connected us with various options for contractors to make improvements on the house and did video walkthroughs of the work for us to assess from a distance. He also regularly reviewed comps in nearby neighborhoods to help us evaluate fluctuations in the market leading right up to the time that we listed our house. Likewise, he kept us informed of showings and offers as they were communicated to him. In the end, Bart and team helped us realize a net gain of $80k over what we originally intended to sell the house for and $45k over list price. In addition to the practical, financial benefit to working with Bart, he was always courteous and attentive to our questions. I also appreciated that he was willing to communicate with us by email, text message and/or phone as our availability fluctuated. I don't leave many reviews of companies or individuals but wanted to in this case because of the great experience we had through the whole sales process.
