Barry was very helpful from the very beginning. I told him the communities I was interested in purchasing a home. He then suggested other nearby similar communities and explained their pros and cons. As listings became available he informed me the same day they were listed. To be able to get a good deal in the under 100k market you must move fast and Barry knows this.
