Barry does a fantastic job. He was really responsive, and available all the time. we faced a lot of setbacks just due to my work schedule and living out of town, but Barry stuck with the process and chased down appointments to view every house I wanted to see. When it came time to write the offer on the house I'd chosen, he gave great advice and got my offer accepted right away even though we were competing against cash offers save people who could offer more money than I could afford. Then throughout the escrow process, Barry gave sound advice and helped me understand every step of the way. I will absolutely use Barry again in the future.
