Excellent knowledge of a wide area of Western Carolina, everything from small neighborhoods to giant houses on the lake. Barry is the consummate professional, working diligently and at all kinds of hours to make sure his clients are taken care of. Barry was our shining star on helping us find (and close on!) our dream piece of property on Lake Norman on which to build our forever home. He also provided additional assistance in helping us sell a condo on the lake in our second transaction with him.From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. We were only in town for a weekend but he made himself immediately available to us. We had an initial sit down to talk about our wish list, neighborhoods, budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that felt so us, so personalized and yet so professional. He sourced properties for us to check out that day and spent the entire next day viewing properties with us. He was also very much in tune with our priorities and always kept our budget in mind.
