When it came to looking at houses, Barrington was always trying to schedule times and tours that worked best for us and always ensured that we had enough time to view the house. He also took time to explain how the market worked in PA and what services we would need. In terms of the negotiation phases, Barrington always checked with our true desires to make sure he was accurately representing us and always tried to make sure we were making the most informed decision that we could. Barrington always went out of his way to accommodate us, sometimes we would send him a house in the morning and we would get to tour it the same evening. He really has a joy of helping people find their homes, which made the whole process (which is tricky and difficult) easier and smoother. We were very happy with Barrington's work and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the PA area that he covers.
