She did a great job of listening to our needs and did not waste our time showing us things that did not meet our requirements. She knows her stuff! She shows great attention to detail and was very specific in the our contract wording, making certain we had a timely close. One deal fell through due to a very greedy seller and unscrupulous broker, but it all worked out in the end because it led us to our perfect home. She went above and beyond for us as we are not local to area and she was our on-site contact for our home inspection. Having someone you can trust while you are 3 hours away is a very calming. The home we purchased had a crazy buying process. Barbie helped us the original offer, to having a multiple offer where we had to present best and final, then begin outbid and finally to a call from Barbie that the other buyer fell through and the home is back on the market. This house was truly meant to be ours and we have Barbie to thank for helping us get it.
