At the time, I only had a vague idea of what was involved in purchasing a home. I knew I needed help and found Barbie through the agent finder on Zillow. I was nervous when I first reached out to her. Purchasing a house is a big commitment and I wanted to make sure I found the right one. Barbie quickly put me at ease. She explained the home buying process to me and answered all of my questions. Everything moved fast from there. I had already found a few homes on Zillow that I was interested in. She helped me find a few more and started arranging showings the next day. A week later, I found the one I wanted and made an offer. I closed on it at the end of July. Barbie made the entire process painless. I was expecting buying a home to be a very long, drawn out ordeal but Barbie made it easy. She was always there to help and always responsive to my texts, emails and phone calls, even after closing. Ive lived in my new home for almost 3 months now and shes still checking in on me and making sure Im happy with the house. I am very happy with it and happy with Barbie for everything she did for me.

ZillowVERIFIEDAbby did an amazing job with the purchase of a home. Her and my business partner did most the work on our previous property and I used her again for a purchase of a new dream home. She has a great response time and also did extra travel to show home etc. She had a tough negotiation with a selling realtor who seemed to be very inexperienced or selectively misleading with verbage in offer negotiation, but Abby pushed through and kept the process fair for all. Overall a great experience and would recommend her to others. She has a positive mindset and will work for you to get you the property you love for the price that is right. 10/10 recommend ??
