Barbie did an amazing job helping me buy my first house. She made the process quick and painless. I started looking at homes in the Fort Smith area in June. Abby did an amazing job with the purchase of a home. Her and my business partner did most the work on our previous property and I used her again for a purchase of a new dream home. She has a great response time and also did extra travel to show home etc. She had a tough negotiation with a selling realtor who seemed to be very inexperienced or selectively misleading with verbage in offer negotiation, but Abby pushed through and kept the process fair for all. Barbie Johnson was my agent for buying a home within the river valley. She provided excellent knowledge for this surrounding area. Barbie was very responsive with setting up showing appointments on homes of interest, usually within hours after my initial interests after viewing those sale links on Zillow and other websites. She also provided me with daily updates of homes that just hit the market. We viewed homes in Hackett, Charleston, Fort Smith, Van Buren, Cedarville and Alma. When some personal needs had to take me out of state, she and I kept in touch using text messaging and phone calls. She did video viewings/walk throughs for a couple of homes during that timeframe. Eventually when the right home came along, Barbie was very responsive and provided insight to negotiate my offer, which the sellers accepted. Over the course of the weeks that followed, we encountered a few hiccups with sellers procrastination on some of the process.
