Barbara is the best! She is professional and efficient, but also warm and friendly. Her deep knowledge of the area was a huge advantage in locating options in a very tight market. She persistently searched until she found the right home for our family. Because we were traveling up from Phoenix, the logistics were a little complicated, but Barb was very flexible and accommodating. She facilitated all the last few repairs and inspections since we couldn?t be there all the time. In our particular situation, the negotiations were a little tricky, but she managed the right balance of firmness and empathy.
