About Barbara Watkins Barbara was first licensed in 1976 and has been one of the most successful real estate brokers on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Barbara holds an Associate Broker's License, is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
