Carrie has been wonderful in our search for the perfect home. Being a first time buyer can be a daunting endeavor, but Carrie has been patient, responsive, and very helpful. I had been turned away from so many relators before meeting Barbara due to my picky-ness but she never once tried turning me away. She listened to my dreams, kept her eyes opened, and had such an open mind when it came to what I ACTUALLY WANTED. If I didnt like a house, we would move on and go to the next house. She never once rushed me into anything neither has she ever complained about how long the process was. I loved working with her. Getting to know her is also to love her. Barbara makes the experience feel like more of a relationship. We found our perfect home in Alabama with Barbara as our realtoe. Within 6 months we received orders to leave to Washington. Barbara kept in contact with us, helped us rent our new home and even helped my husband with a place to crash when he was in town. No realtor does that after the sale! Well, Barbara does. She makes the relationship. 4 years later and it is time to accept that Alabama will never be called home for us. We have to list for sale, 1,000s of miles away. Who do we trust to call.... Barbara. She found us painters, gardners and she even completed the move out inspection for us after our renters moved. Now she has it listed for sale. Day 1 and already has 2 showing scheduled. Who does that? BARBARA! I wish i could clone her as we need a realtor in our new state of AZ and we have yet to find one like her. She will make the experience feel like a realtionship that lasts a lifetime.
