We were empty nesters looking to downsize and move out of state and knew we had to sell our house of 30 years. This was a considerable task in and of itself not including putting the house up for sale. So we needed help. Luckily a friend referred us to Barbara Snyder of Coldwell Banker. We sat down and went over the ins and outs of selling. She gave us some great advice for consolidating the household and preparing for the move. She was a total professional, came well prepared with all the comps from the area and thought we would do very well in the current market. She set up a day for staging and brought in a photographer. The online presentation was superb. Her early estimate on the value of our house was well above what we thought possible but as offers came in at or above asking we were pleasantly surprised.
