We used Ms. Sallen to list a home for us in Little Rock. Everything started out fine but we had a few offers we were not comfortable with and Barbara began to pressure us accept things that were not in our best interest. She wanted us to accept an extended close with no money down. We wanted to cancel the listing and she refused. We went to her broker Keith Pike and he also refused. He was very defensive of Barbara and could care less about our opinion. After a few more months and many complaints from us we were finally released us from the agreement. We do not recommend Re/max Elite, Keith Pike or Barbara Sallen. They are not customer service oriented at all.

This agent helped me to find a condo. I found one I liked and we got it under contract. Some things came up during the inspection so I decided to cancel. Barbara was unwilling to help me any further. My purchase was under 100k and she told me it had taken too much of her time and she would not be making that much money on it. She was very rude about it. I don't recommend her at all.

Barb was the selling agent for a house I purchased 4 years ago, and I was so impressed with her work that I asked her to sell the same house (for me) this year. She has fantastic local knowledge and takes the time to really evaluate the property value, not just look up stale year-old comps. Barbara has been absolutely great to work with. She has helped me twice now with the purchase and sale of a home. She is incredibly thorough and helpful with the process all along the way. She is persistent and works hard to help you accomplish your goals. I had to do both of my transactions from out of town. Barbara took care of everything for me and even made sure my house was safe. On more than one occasion she had to let in a repairman or inspector and did everything she could to make the sale work. My sale required some additional work beyond normal, and Barbara handled it all. She was undoubtedly the best broker/agent I have ever used. Definitely more than a 5 out of 5.
