I cannot say enough about the team at Radke Agency & Associates! We bought our very first condo with Heather Case in 2017 and were SO pleased with her service that we reached out to the team in 2019 when we were ready to sell the condo and upgrade to a home. Barbara Radke met with us to explain all of the details of the sale of our home, answered my 80,000 questions, and made us feel really comfortable about the shift. Barbara was always available when I had questions or wanted to discuss something and I am so grateful for that service. She got our home in escrow in less than FIVE days at our asking price. I am not sure that this would have happened without Barbara and her team!Heather worked tirelessly to find us the home of our dreams. After looking at about 25 homes (with me constantly calling and texting her at all hours, and her never failing to get back to me immediately), we found the home of our dreams! We signed the offer the morning of our wedding and went into escrow the day we left for our honeymoon. I was really worried about us being out of the country and being able to handle all of the details; but to no surprise, Heather stepped up and literally handled everything while we were gone. She made sure documents got to our house, met with people on our behalf, helped me communicate with and understand my lender, and provided advice and guidance when I had no idea what I was doing. We love Heather and are so thankful for her!!! Kylie has been amazing at coordinating the purchase and sale of our home. She is so kind and always willing to answer any questions. She has been so helpful in getting over all of our documentation and NEVER having a single error (which I haven't been seeing with our lender/escrow company). You can tell that this entire team really cares about their clients. I am sure they work with people that are buying and selling million+ dollar homes, and we never once felt like we were any less than that. They truly want the best for their clients and it is obvious that they are not just working for a paycheck. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! You will be SO happy you chose this team! Thank you Radke Agency!
