My marriage to a local resident brought me to this rare and beautiful place. It truly is wonderful to be able to live where others choose to vacation! My rewarding real estate career began in Marshall, MN in 2001 where I worked with The Schwan Food Company corporate relocation executives as well as first-time home buyers - and a multitude of wonderful people in between! In 2004 I worked in the Twin Cities alongside a prominent Remax Results real estate broker. Upon moving to Hayward in 2006, I assisted one of the area's leading brokers, participating in hundreds of transactions for more than 10 years. Over the span of my career, my knowledge and skill set has been sharpened by experiences with all types of real estate transfers: waterfront homes and lots, condominium developments, small and large tract land parcels and multi-family housing. My first real estate transaction in 2001 was an 8 unit apartment building which received multiple offers from some aggressive buyers...talk about jumping into this business with both (cold) feet!
