I am incredibly happy with Barb as our realtor. I never once felt pressured by her and she was very, very informative. Every home we looked she would point out certain things about the house that would be expenses we would face down the road, it was immensely helpful to us in our decision-making process. Barb was very patient with us, and would show us homes at the drop of a hat - one time she showed us three homes right before a wedding both her and her husband were attending, with her husband waiting in the car and both of them wearing formal attire! She had an immense knowledge regarding properties of all kinds, including short sale homes and foreclosures. After touring about 20 different homes with Barb we finally found one we are closing on next month. Very happy we have her as our realtor, I highly recommend her to anyone.
