In having worked with people my entire life I have learned how to listen to their needs and have learned to ask the tough questions. I have the knowledge, wisdom & Experience of the ever changing market and have been through recessions and experienced first hand what it took to get homes SOLD & also helping people buy in an ever changing market.

We have worked with all types of clients, from relocation (both the seller & the Relo companies) to helping a seller short sale their house ( our team has helped over 3500 home owners sell their home via short sale over the years) . We have worked with the Banks in Reo properties and have also helped people from the Military , FBI, DEA, Government and people who had to sell fast, getting a divorce, death, probate sales, 1031 Exchanges, land Trustee sales.

I was working in the hospitability industry and loved helping people but the late night hours was too much for me after awhile as my family grew. I needed a career where I could still serve people and be there for my kids as they grew up. I got my license in 2007 and took off like a fire cracker! I worked with buyers and sellers and worked on a team then started my own team, The Jennings Team. Over the years we have served thousands of happy clients. Overall I am so grateful that I decided to get into real estate because I have meet some wonderful people and have made new friends over the years!

This way one gets to really know what your needs and wants are along with your time frame, budget and any other information that would help the Realtor with the purchase of your new home, either resale or New Construction. With New Construction it is Extremely important that you connect and Hire an agent BEFORE going to the sales office & visiting the model homes. In some cases if you go by yourself you won't be able to have "Representation" . Do not "hire" an agent simply based on them offering a low commission rate especially in a "Shifting" market with NO experience . If they can't negotiate their own commission rate how will they possibly be able to negotiate the highest and best price for you??
