For anyone looking for a real estate agent, look no further, Barbara Jagolinzer is the most incredible agent! Not only is Barbara extremely knowledgeable, she is a warm, friendly and kind person, someone who really cares and looks out for your best interests. Whenever a new home came on the market, Barbara always made time for us and was quick to make appointments for us. When we found our perfect home, she was genuinely happy for us. She was incredibly helpful in suggesting inspectors, an attorney and moving companies. Her assistance even went a step further, as she was extremely helpful with her suggestions and guidance when we had questions and doubts with the prospective buyers for the out of state home we were selling, and she wasnt even our agent for that house. Barbara would often call us just to see how things were doing with the selling of our existing home and always had the most helpful advice to offer. We think of Barbara not only as our realtor, but also as our friend. She is the absolute best!

Barbara was a lovely realtor. This was my first home and she helped me at every step of the way from looking at houses to sitting at the closing. As a realtor she was firm when I needed her to be firm, she protected me from a lot of anxiety, and answered all of my questions. She was very available, and when she couldn't be (rare), she let me know when she would get back to me (and she always did). She also shared her opinions and always had good reasoning behind them. We looked at a few house that on the surface seemed good, but as we looked deeper, she knew the questions to ask the other realtor to help me realize it wasn't a good option for me. Every realtor I talked to (at open houses) spoke highly of her. It quickly became clear that she wasn't a realtor simply for the money. She was genuinely interested in helping me find a home that fit our needs. At one point I asked, "Am I getting a steal on this house?" and she said, "No, but it is fair, and that can be hard to find here." I really appreciate her honesty. Even after the sale she has checked in a few times. I feel confident we will stay in touch. I would strongly recommend Barbara to my friends and family. She was especially good for me as a first time buyer.

Barbara is the only realtor I would recommend! I sold my home during a highly emotional divorce. She knew what needed to be repaired, what looked cluttered, and helped me to properly stage my home.
