I had a very successful experience working with Barbara Jackson when I purchased my Bend home 2 years ago and she has continued to reach out and provide useful information ever since the sale closed. I arrived in Bend and found the properties thoroughly researched and a professional handbook available for each home and neighborhood. I valued the knowledge she had of the area and suggestions that seemed relevant to my lifestyle and interests. The actual closing process was seamless and she was able to assist in facilitating the process remotely so I wasn't forced to be in central Oregon following an epic snowstorm. Barbara even went above and beyond to look after my new home and had my walks and driveway cleared of snow until it was safe to navigate the mountain passes and local roads. In the past 2 years she's been a great resource for craftsmen and service personnel when I've had projects for my house, and checks in frequently (often with a little gift and the infamous pie! ) to maintain a personnel connection.
