I wanted to take time to sit back and really think about what I want to convey about this realtor to the masses. Barbara is truly the hardest working realtor I have ever come to know. She works her butt off driving to every house, even when she just got home and changed her clothes to relax and sit on the couch for two minutes, I called her to look at a house, and she literally got up, changed clothes again, and drove 45 minutes down the road to Facetime with me so we could see the house. I then low-balled the offer (against her recommendation) and lost the house, and she put the same level of effort looking for the next house for us. I was very grateful for that. She must have drove to at least 10 houses when it was all said and done, videoing them for us and giving us her thoughts as we were out of state, until she found us the house we are in now. She's very knowledgable on the area, and gave us the best advice as I look back. She was 100% accurate on her assessment of various neighborhoods. She gets to know the customer and understands their "type" and can find the perfect fit despite the competitive market we are in. On top of that she's an amazing person with a huge heart and I will always be grateful for her knowledge, perseverance, determination, hard work, and most of all patience throughout the process of finding our forever home.
