Barbara was absolutely amazing! I was an out of town buyer and she went above and beyond all expectations. She FaceTime walked me through condo's when I wasn't in the area. Barbara was absolutely spot on in every area of helping my husband and I find our dream home if florida! We are from Virginia and had limited time in fl. to view properties. She was available to us at a moments notice! Always answered the phone or texts immediately. Had suggestions for specific things we were looking for as far as location and amenities. And once we were back to Va she worked endlessly on our behalf to make the purchase negotiations and closing as simple as possible. She assisted with setting up inspections, utilities, insurance and owners association! She is responsive, friendly and an excellent realtor!
