I was fortunate to have made contact with Barbara before I came to look for housing in Florida. Barbara sent me notices of properties as they became available within my price range and preferred location(s). When I came to look for properties, Barbara picked me up at my daughter's home and had 4 listings. One was very interesting, and she helped me make an offer. When the offer was accepted, she was very helpful in terms of what steps I needed to take in order to close. She has also been helpful in terms of suggesting ways to get to know my new community.

At that point she helped us find a nice hotel to stay in while we did our home search. She is one of the kindest, most selfless person we have ever met. She went above & beyond with her time & help. When I was looking to purchase a house, I called on Barbara on her day off which was on a Sunday, I really needed to tour this particular house, because of location with the way inventory was going fast, I needed to tour the house asap. The Best Realtor Ever! !! Barb is a team player. She will do anything to help you. Two days before listing she was there helping me paint. No other realtor will do that for you. Very honest and helpful. She will be helping me buy and sell all of my homes.
