Out of those three, Barbara not only went out of her way to help search for homes that I may be interested in, but she took 3 full-days to walk 15 properties with my family, knowing I could be a long shot considering I was not there. ZillowVERIFIEDWe honestly do not know what we would have done without Wendys guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our summer home. We were from out of state, and had a limited opportunity to find and make an offer on a house. For the first showing Wendy rounded about 6 houses in the community we were interested in, and we liked one of them enough to come back to it again next time, and ended up making an offer for it. All this time Wendy was with us, patiently showing us other houses, answering our questions, and providing guidance to our future actions. After our offer was accepted, and it was time to make an inspection of the house, Wendy helped us with lists of various inspectors, and handymen, and all possible facilities that needed to be contacted, which made our life that much easier. Without Wendys local knowledge, her negotiating skills, and professional expertise we would be stuck in the process forever. Anyway, our situation happened to be not the easiest one, and certain features in the house needed serious work/replacement, and to do this local authorities and multiple specialists in particular fields needed to be involved in the process. It took in total about 5 month of back and forth communications, multiple emails, text messages and phone calls where on one end there were we - frustrated and not understanding what could possibly take so long in a relatively simple process of RE transaction, and on the other end - there was Wendy, always ready to calm us down and provide answers to any and all the questions we would come up with. Always calm and never missing a chance to assure us that it will be all OK. By now most of our worries are already gone, we are happy owners of a summer house, doing some renovations and filling it with furniture. Even now Wendy takes it upon herself to make sure we have all the help she can offer. This level of dedication and responsibility does not go unnoticed. We would be really happy to recommend Wendy Kudla as a Real Estate agent to all our friends, who are thinking of joining us in Poconos.
