Barbara did an outstanding job helping sell our home in 9 days after first placed on the market. She was realistic in an appropriate price for the home based on her expertise of the Garden City market . She also pushed to place the home up for sale a week earlier because of decrease supply on the market presently. Pictures of the home were done professionally and quickly put up on Zillow and MLS. In addition, she and her husband helped with staging of the home -moving furniture, advising on drape removal, etc. Selling a home can be a very stressful process but Barbara lessened the burden with quality advice , work and real estate knowledge.
