Barbara Chabanik

Originally from Virginia I spent many years as a Legal Assistant. Upon finding a property in Alum Bridge, WV, my love of land and working with people brought me to the decision to become a Realtor in 2013, helping many Buyers to connect with the land as I had. Our many moves for my Husband, Chuck's advancing career, brought us to OH in 2019 where I became licensed. Having joined McDowell Homes Real Estate Services, and becoming a part of the Clorice Dlugos Team, I continue to thrive. Currently, we reside in Beaver, PA with our GSD and chickens We spend our free time boating and enjoying our Grandchildren. The areas I serve are primarily Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull and surrounding areas. I work full time for my customers and clients and specialize in Veterans and first-time homebuyers. Truth, Drive, and Connection are my words of wisdom and direction. When I initially meet with clients, I strive to point out anything that might benefit buyers prior to home inspections and stay in constant communication with fellow agents (Truth); working hard and pushing forward constantly is a motto I live by (Drive); and Connecting with buyers and sellers on a level that gives them a part of you that they take with them so they use that connection in the future
